Changing of the Seasons
Today I am 20 years old.
Let me tell you, saying that number feels so weird! After 7 years of my age ending in “teen” I can finally say that I am no longer a teenager. I have been so incredibly blessed with all of the opportunities that have been given to me, all of the experiences I’ve gained, all of the things I’ve accomplished, and all of the amazing people that I’ve had by my side along the way.
Today, March 20th, is also the first day of spring. To me, springtime signifies new life and regrowth. As my age turns with the season, I am able to look forward to new growth within myself as well as new opportunities and new experiences in the year to come. I can never be thankful enough for this beautiful life.
Here’s to my 20’s! A whole new beginning.
